The heart of the home is the main level, where you will find a spacious kitchen well equipped for cooking and opening over the counter to both the dining area—which seats six—and the living room. The living room is designed for cozy evenings, featuring comfortable seating and a wood burning stove. Just outside the living room, a newly built deck hosts a brand new private outdoor hot tub for your enjoyment. For added convenience, the entry level includes a laundry area with a stacking washer and dryer.

Located in a prime spot, the property is just a quarter mile from the Resort Center at Park City Mountain Resort and a half mile from Main Street and the Town Lift. Deer Valley Resort is a short 2.3-mile trip away. With a free bus stop located only 25 yards from your front door, exploring the area is effortless. While a private 1-car garage is available, access can be difficult and is recommended only for mid-size cars; given the proximity to the bus route, renting a car may not even be necessary.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Additionally, there is a strict 10-night minimum stay requirement during the Sundance Film Festival.
