About Property

Come and live the ‘high life’ at Holden 803, a dazzling and sprawling mountain estate located in Beaver Creek, Avon, Colorado. This loaded luxury dream home is a sanctuary of contemporarily classic epic grandeur, blending traditional charm with a wholly refined sense of beauty, making it an ideal location for family reunions, corporate retreats, or extended family gatherings.

This splendid residence features a layout designed for both community and privacy, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels: the upper level is dedicated to the master suite, which boasts a king sized bed and an enormous walk-in bathroom en-suite with a large sunken jacuzzi tub. The lower level serves almost as a separate residence, featuring three guest rooms each with a king bed en-suite, and a dedicated kids room equipped with two trundle twins and its own en-suite.

The heart of the home is the first floor, where a great room with Cathedral-esque high vaulted ceilings and wooden beamed roofs creates an atmosphere of openness. Large A-framed windows wrap around the living expanse, offering breathtaking 360-degree views of the Vail Valley and unobstructed vistas of Beaver Creek mountain. The space is grounded by a distinguishing wooden mantle framed hearth gas fireplace and illuminated by a glorious Viennese inspired chandelier. A considerable gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook ensures every culinary need is met.

For entertainment and relaxation, guests can enjoy a private patio or soak their bones in the private hot tub while staring at the ski hill. Additional highlights include a spacious garage with a Ping Pong table, a family room with a vintage gaming table, and a storage closet fully stocked with baby accoutrement, including a highchair, bouncy cradle, and crib.

Located on exclusive Holden Road, the property is surrounded by plentiful Aspen groves. Guests have access to the free and convenient Village Connect dial-a-ride shuttle service, available on demand for easy exploration of the area.
