The living space is anchored by an original rock fireplace and south-facing windows that provide passive solar gain and year-round coziness. The master suite is a particular highlight, featuring a king-size sleep number bed and a deep soaking garden tub set in slate that was mined from the mountain directly behind the house.

• AC: Not available (standard for this elevation); temperatures are managed with fans and open windows
• Parking: Boat and RV parking permitted
• Booking Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking (refundable only within 72 hours of booking). Full payment is required if booking within 30 days of arrival.
• Cancellations: Changes or cancellations within 30 days of arrival result in forfeiture of the entire reservation amount. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance forfeit the initial $300 payment. For stays of 30+ nights, this policy extends to 60 days. Travel insurance is offered.
• Special Offer: A 10% discount is automatically applied for stays of 7+ nights (excluding July 4th and Christmas/New Years holiday).
