This bright, beachy retreat is designed for relaxation and family fun. The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed—ideal for both children and adults. Both bedrooms include wall-mounted TVs for your entertainment. For the little ones, a dedicated reading nook filled with toys adds a special touch of magic to their stay.

Inside, you will find a cozy living room with a futon-style sofa and a wet bar perfect for mixing vacation cocktails. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area accommodate up to 6 people, making family meals a breeze. Practical conveniences include a full-size washer and dryer to keep your beach gear fresh.

Outdoor living is a priority here. Guests can unwind on the private patio or take a dip in the community pool area. To make your beach days effortless, the attached garage comes stocked with beach toys and 8 chairs, so you can simply grab your gear and go.

Enjoy a short walk or drive to the beach, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens, and the Moody Gardens Golf Course. Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pet Policy: Dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs with approval). No cats allowed. Pet vaccination records are required. Fees: $100 non-refundable for the first pet, $50 for the second. Guests must contact the office prior to arrival for pet addendums and payments.
• Rental Restrictions: Only rented to families and adults over the age of 25. Valid state-issued ID required for all guests over 18.
• Fees & Charges: All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. A $150 fee applies for a lost garage door opener. Missing pool bands (6 provided) will result in a $25 charge per band.
• Additional Notes: A $40 resort fee is included in the admin fee. Damage insurance is processed via a Trust and Safety Fee, providing coverage for contents and property damage.
