The lower level features a master bedroom with a Queen bed, while the upstairs area includes a loft equipped with a second Queen bed and a futon, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. A single bathroom serves the group, featuring a shower/tub combo and a separate vanity sink area for shared convenience. Living spaces are enhanced by new carpet, paint, wood floors, and a large, comfortable couch in the living room, where guests can gather around a cozy wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the flatscreen TV.

For those who love to cook, the fully stocked kitchen is a highlight, boasting stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a dining area that seats six, plus a convenient breakfast bar. Practical additions include a washing machine and drying rack, as well as a private BBQ gas grill on the deck for summer cooking.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the prime location. The condo is just a short walk from Mammoth Creek park, which features a kids' playground, picnic tables, and a great spot for fishing.
