The interior layout features one bedroom with one bed and one full bathroom, accommodating up to two guests. The space is thoughtfully designed with a lovely sitting area and a full kitchen. For families traveling with children, the living room sitting area can be utilized for sleeping; please note that access to the sleeping loft is provided via a ladder. To keep you entertained during your stay, the home includes board games for family fun or a quick game of Yahtzee for two.

The Palm Theatre is conveniently located next door, and the main grocery store is only a few blocks to the south. For effortless local transport, the Galloping Goose town shuttle picks up and drops off at the corner of Davis and Colorado Ave.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum age to book: 25
• Pets: Not allowed
• Cancellation Policy: A 33% deposit is due at booking, with the remainder due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations after the first payment may forfeit the deposit unless the property is rebooked, minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the property is rebooked.
