• Key Pickup: Keys must be collected at the Kivoya Office located at Plaza Rocky Point St. 12, in front of Sams Club Puerto Penasco.
• Pets: Not allowed on the property.
• Security Deposit: A non-refundable security deposit of US $39 + taxes (Total US $45.25) is required. This protection plan covers unintentional interior damages up to $400 USD, provided they are disclosed before check-out.
• House Rules: Smoking inside the property, parties, excessive gatherings, noise disturbances, and illegal acts are strictly prohibited. Guests are financially responsible for any intentional damages or theft.
