This spacious home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a total capacity to sleep 8 guests. The master bedroom (BR1) serves as a private sanctuary with a king bed, a TV, and a dresser for your beach attire, complemented by an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone walk-in shower. The second bedroom (BR2) is equally accommodating with 2 queen beds, storage for clothing, and a TV. An additional bathroom with a shower/tub combination unit is conveniently located across the hallway. For extra guests, the extra-large living area includes a comfortable sleeper sofa, providing ample space for entertaining.

While there are no general amenities listed in the property database, the home's layout provides a full kitchen equipped with all appliances, cookware, and generous counter space. Dining options include a breakfast table with seating for 2 and a bar with 4 stools. Downstairs, you will find a shared washer and dryer room, which is shared with a separate guest house.

Outside, you can take a nice swim in the private pool or relax in the jacuzzi. The property is surrounded by a beautiful yard with mature palms, creating a tropical atmosphere. For those arriving with equipment, there is plenty of parking in the driveway for up to 4 cars, or a combination of 2 cars and a boat or watercraft. The home is also golf cart accessible.
