Guest must be 25 and up to rent this condo. ID is checked upon check in to the resort.

Registration Form Required for Check In and House Access Our registration form must be completed via email in order to complete the check in process. The form will be emailed two weeks prior to guest arrival. It is an online form, and depending on the resort HOA requirements, different rules apply. Guests must provide a valid email address upon confirmation of reservation in order to receive and complete our registration process and receive access information for the stay. If you have a car, you must register the car with The Anchorage front office in order to receive your parking permit. If you arrive after office hours, you may wait until the next business day to pick up your pass. Exterior of Buildings - Do not hang anything over the balcony railings. Do not shake rugs or throw ANYTHING over balconies. Shirt, shoes and bathing suit cover ups are required in the building. Office hours are from 9 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Saturday. The office is closed on Sundays. If you have an emergency after hours, refer to your voucher for contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Excessive noise may result in being asked to vacate the premises immediately. WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR ARRIVAL, if you have any cleaning issues in your condo, please call Global Resort Homes and we will gladly respond to your call. If you wish to have clean linen, the price is $40 for a 2 BR and $50 for a 3 BR. If you wish to have a full maid service including new linen, the price is $139.50 for a 2 BR and $191.50 for a 3 BR. If you want fresh pool/beach towels, the cost is $4 for a 2 BR and $6 for a 3 BR. Check out time is 10:00 am. If you fail to depart without a late check-out previously arranged, Global Resort Homes is unable to prepare and clean the condo for the next guest arrival. Guests will be charged a late penalty fee of $50 per hour after 10:00 am. Upon your departure and check-out: ○ Set A/C to 78 degrees. ○ Take all recyclable items to the recycle bins located on the ground floor at the end of the east walkway inside the white fenced area (enter the gate under the building on the walkway). Do NOT put trash in recycle bins. ○ Properly tie trash bags and place them in trash chutes located at either end of the hall (Do not use the trash chutes between the hours of 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.) ○ Don’t throw large items in trash chutes. Place items in dumpster rooms located outside both the east and west ends of the building. ○ Load the dishwasher and begin the cycle ○ Leave dirty towels on the floor (not the carpet) All of our condos are non-smoking and are non-pet friendly. Outside areas are designated for smoking. If we find there has been smoking or a pet in the condo, there will be a minimum charge of $500 to shampoo carpets/upholstery and for dry cleaning. Parking Permits - If your permit says “OPEN” you are to park in any space that IS NOT under the carports or building. If your permit has a “NUMBER” on it, you are to park in that numbered space which is under a carport. Boat trailers NEED prior Manager approval to park. Cargo trailers, RV’s, campers, commercial trucks, motorcycles and mopeds are NOT allowed. The North entry door opens automatically Monday - Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. All other times you must have a key to enter the building. Extra cleaning or trash left in the condo upon departure will incur a charge to you. In addition, if you move the furniture, please put it back or there will be a $25 charge to put it back. Extra clean fees are determined by Global and will range between $75 - $300. Upon departure, please return keys in the lock box by the front door (where you picked them up). There is a $25 charge for lost keys. Any damages that are observed upon arrival to the property must be reported to the front desk within 24 hours of arrival. All damages made by the guest MUST be reported to Global Resort Homes immediately. The Guests agree that Global shall charge the guest’s credit card on file if guests cause damage to the premises or its furnishings without notifying Global immediately. Rental Occupancies - Rental rates and maximum occupancy are based upon occupancy by four (6) persons for a 2 bedroom condo and six (8) persons for a 3 bedroom condo. Condo Moves - Management reserves the right to move you to another unit, if necessary. The Guests will maintain the premises in good, clean condition and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guests will leave the premises in a reasonably clean condition. An adult must accompany all persons under the age of 25 or occupancy will be denied. Parents are fully responsible for the conduct of their children. Guests will use the property for legal purposes only and any other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.; shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits. An initial supply of toilet paper, soap, dish detergent, paper towels and laundry soap are provided - extras are to be purchased by the Guest . No reimbursement will be made for unused consumables left at the premises. It is the Guest’s responsibility to learn about safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around the pool and to observe all posted pool signs. Guest is hereby notified that the pool can be a dangerous area and Guest accepts fully the risks involved. Guests agree to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they swim in the pool and are fully responsible to protect and supervise children on premises at all times, especially in regards to the risk of the pool. NO GLASS containers in the pool or pool area. The pool is a NON-smoking area (includes no vaping). Inflatable rafts or innertubes are NOT allowed in the pool. Infant safety floats & noodles are allowed. Chairs at the pool CAN NOT be saved. Guests will see to their own security while in the property by locking doors when it's prudent to do so. Valuable items left behind by Guests will be held for the Guests and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. If items are not claimed for longer than one month, they shall become the property of Global Resort Homes. Global will not be held liable for the condition of said items. Guest agrees that A/C shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 76, and that the fan setting shall be on "Auto". Doors shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. The Anchorage has its own beach access. Cross Midnight Pass Rd at crosswalk (be careful as this is a busy road) - approximately 20 yards south from the Anchorage you will see our sign. Please use our beach access. Beach Chairs - Do NOT use ANY chairs located at the beach entrance or on the beach. Laundry Rooms - Laundry rooms are located at each end of the hallways and are available for use between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm. Please clean the lint trap in the dryers after each use. Do not wash large items such as rugs and blankets. Turn off lights when leaving and please keep the area clean. BBQ Grills - Propane grills are located at the east lawn of the building. Please clean the grill after each use. Skateboards, roller blades, sneaker skates, mopeds and scooters are not allowed. Carts - Carts are available for your use to carry your luggage and groceries. Carts are located at the south entrance of the building. Please return cart. Do not use spray sunscreen in the condo or hallways. Please apply outside of the condo building.
