The main level includes a master suite with a king bed, a private bathroom, and a smart TV, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and a powder bathroom.

The second level offers a king master suite with water views, a private bathroom, a smart Apple TV, and direct deck access. Additionally, there are two queen bedrooms, each featuring a private bathroom, with one designated as a master suite including a smart Apple TV.

The spacious top level serves as the ultimate family gathering spot, featuring a bonus living area with a smart TV, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a pullout sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. • Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 dogs permitted with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee applies ($250 per pet plus tax). Service animals are welcome with documentation and no fee. No pets on the beach strand from April 1 to September 30; leashes required from October 1 to March 31
• Rental Agreement: A signed agreement must be completed within 48 hours of booking to confirm the stay
