Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via a personalized door code for self check-in
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: No on-site parking is included. Guests receive a parking pass for street parking outside the complex gate, which allows 24-hour parking except during street sweeping on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month (West side 6AM-10AM; East side 10AM-2PM)
• Minimum Stay: A two-night minimum is required per City of Oceanside ordinance, with longer minimums potentially applying during holidays or special events
• Restrictions: Parties, events, and professional photography shoots are strictly prohibited within the complex
• Pets: Not allowed
