The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay, though the minimum age to book this property is 25. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required within 3 days of booking. To protect the health of the owners who have severe allergies, there is a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy—no exceptions. Please note that deposits are forfeited if cancelled more than 36 days before arrival, and full payment is forfeited if cancelled 35 days or less before arrival.
