Downstairs, you will find a third bedroom with a king bed and a fourth bedroom featuring two double beds. For maximum comfort, every bedroom is equipped with its own AC unit, ceiling fan, luxury linens, and blackout curtains, while each boasts its own private en-suite bathroom with private showers and toilet rooms.

The main level's open flow connects a gourmet chef's kitchen—complete with granite countertops, Honduran hardwood cabinets, and stainless steel GE Profile appliances—to the dining area and living space. The family room, featuring vaulted hardwood ceilings and a 60" flat-panel TV, opens via 20' accordion doors to an expansive deck. Downstairs, a second family room provides additional relaxation with a sleeper sofa and a 50" flat-panel TV.

Outside, the property truly shines with 100' of soft white sand beach and a private dock with a palapa. You can sunbathe by the pool, relax in beach hammocks, or prepare the fresh catch of the day on the 42" commercial grade stainless steel BBQ. For adventure, guests have access to two stand-up paddleboards and snorkel gear for six adults and two children. For an extraordinary experience, a 30ft Cobia boat is available for rental with Captain Amos (pricing: $500 per 6-hour day or $2500 per week; gas is extra and bookings must be made in advance).
