The sleeping arrangements include three comfortable double bedrooms—one with a king bed, one double, and one twin—all featuring deep hybrid mattresses, plump pillows, and quality white linens. For added privacy and comfort, the principal bedroom includes an en suite shower room, while all rooms are equipped with built-in clothes and shoe storage and plantation shutters for a restful night's sleep. The living area also includes a comfortable double sofa bed to expand guest capacity.

The heart of the home is a vast open-plan living space characterized by wooden beams and exposed brick walls, blending homely charm with contemporary style through fine quality furnishings and stylish pendant lighting. This generous space includes a well-equipped kitchen featuring a wine fridge and all necessary appliances for gourmet meals. During the summer, three sets of bi-folding doors open completely to a secluded garden edged with woodland and a deck perfect for alfresco dining.

Location and Neighborhood: Situated up a signposted private road opposite the village church, the cottage is nestled within the South Downs National Park.
