For additional flexibility, the home includes a king sleeper sofa in the first-floor living room and a full bed off the second-floor living room. The layout is thoughtfully designed across three and a quarter floors; notably, the first floor has its own street entrance with no interior access to the rest of the house, making it perfect for older family members who prefer a quiet environment without stairs.

A fantastic bakery is located directly across the street, a giant Soriana supermarket is 1 1/2 blocks away, and a local bus stop is just one block from the door.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property; no non-guest visitors allowed.
• Smoking is welcome outdoors on the terrace level, but strictly prohibited inside the home or the gazebo.
• Please turn off the A/C when leaving the villa.
• At checkout, please leave kitchen counters free of food and dirty dishes and move garbage to the curb.
• Pets are not allowed.
