This spacious 950-square-foot residence is designed for larger families or groups, featuring a unique floorplan with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, each equipped with a queen-size bed. For additional guests, the den area includes a pull-out sofa sleeper that opens into a queen-size bed, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The upstairs level also features a full bath and a private balcony, providing a serene spot to relax and enjoy a quiet evening after a busy day exploring the city.

Blending historic character with modern convenience, the interior boasts authentic touches like a kiva fireplace, saltillo tile, and hardwood floors. The large living area is centered around a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar that spills into the den, creating an inviting space for guests to gather for meals and good company. Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome; while no pet deposit is required, owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and are personally and financially liable for any disruptions to other guests or damages to the property. One complimentary parking spot is provided per casita. Additional vehicles will be charged $30.00 for their stay (up to 7 days). Please note that parking spots are not assigned and the property is not responsible for theft or damages to vehicles.
