The fourth bedroom is located on the main floor, offering a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and a Juliette balcony overlooking lush gardens.
As part of the secure Mahayana Tulum beachfront estate, guests enjoy an exclusive lifestyle with carefully curated features:
Located in a prime location, the villa is just steps from the Caribbean Sea and within easy walking distance to world-class restaurants, artisanal shops, and a yoga and fitness studio. The area is a year-round paradise, particularly magical from May to November when sea turtles nest directly in front of the house.

To preserve the privacy and tranquility of the estate, outside guests and vendors are not permitted on the Mahayana property.
