Rules for Guest Check-in through AIRBNB To provide greater security and control when a guest enters, owners must notify the management via email of their tenant's entry and follow the following procedure.

1. Guest check-in will be done in writing directly with management, without exception.
2. The guest will be registered upon entering the Residential area in the surveillance log during the period of their stay, since they will not be registered in the Condominium's digital access system, so they will have to enter through Parking 1.
3. Only the person or persons registered with the administration will be allowed to enter, since access will not be given to Visitors by agreement of the Assembly dated September 6, 2023: V.IV. It is unanimously agreed to deny access to Airbnb guests as established by the Condominium procedure, since those present state the risk they run by allowing access to more unknown people.
4. You must inform us of your stay period. (check-in date and check-out date)
5. You must inform us if you have a vehicle (license plate number), for registration with the security personnel.
6. The guest will use the valet parking service at all times, as they cannot park directly in the parking lots.
7. The car will be registered by the valet parking staff, however, in no case will the Valet parking company be responsible for mechanical and/or electrical failures that are present.
8. You may only use the parking space that corresponds to the apartment based on the deed.
9. The guest is prohibited from lending, assigning or renting their parking space to people outside the condominium, or from allowing unknown people to enter the condominium to remove the vehicle.
10. At the time of the guest's departure, you will not be able to leave your vehicle in the condominium for another person to pick it up.
11. The guest must abide by the rules established in the Condominium's Internal Regulations during their stay.
12. In the event of any damage to the condominium's facilities and/or furniture during your stay, the expenses must be covered by the owner directly in the administration, as well as the fines to which he is entitled for not complying with the condominium rules.
13. The condominium staff is strictly prohibited from receiving keys upon guest check-in or check-out. For security reasons, keys must be handed directly to the owner and not to the security, valet parking, cleaning, maintenance, or management staff.
14. The condominium staff is not authorized to receive luggage, personal items or orders that the owner or guest requests, since the suppliers that provide the service in the condominium will not be responsible, because these orders are of high responsibility and are not within the contracted scope.
15. Everything related to damage to the apartments rented on the Airbnb platform will be handled directly by the owner, and under no circumstances by the management or maintenance staff.
16.
