If our team is asked to assist in resolving them, a USD 100 service fee will apply, plus USD 50 per additional hour

The Pool Maintenance Crew MUST be allowed onto the property to clean the pool. Not allowing them to clean the pool is a violation of the house rules and you have the right to make any claim during your stay about the swimming pool condition. SUV or 4WD vehicles are recommended since a section of the drive is on gravel road and the conditions of the road may vary through the year due to weather conditions or high traffic. Power and water and Internet outages Due to the nature of infrastructure in our area, occasional power or water outages may occur. These situations are beyond our control. Interruptions lasting less than 3 hours do not qualify for automatic refunds. If an outage occurs, please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to assist and minimize any inconvenience during your stay.

Bugs and Wildlife This property is in a very biodiverse area of the world, it is possible that some bugs, even reptiles may get in the house from time to time, however this is not grounds for a refund, we do our best to prevent them from getting into the home we recommend keeping all screens doors closed at all times.

Primary renter must be 21+ at check-in and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. No exceptions.
