The Main Floor features a spacious Owner's Suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, alongside the living room, dining area, and a well-stocked kitchen perfect for those who love to cook. A western-facing covered patio stretches the entire length of the Main Floor, providing an ideal spot for morning coffee. Down one flight of exterior stairs, you will find Bedroom #2 with two queen beds and Bedroom #3 with a king-size bed, served by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and an additional full-size bathroom on the same level. For your comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Descending further leads you to the private swimming pool, patio, and rancho area. Here, you can enjoy the Costa Rican sun, grill food, and spot amazing wildlife, including toucans, scarlet macaws, and howler monkeys.

Location & Neighborhood Nestled in the mountains and jungles between Dominical and Manuel Antonio, the home is located in a secure neighborhood approximately 8 minutes from the Costanera Highway. You are perfectly positioned 20 minutes from the awesome surf town of Dominical and 45 minutes from Quepos/Manuel Antonio. Local highlights include the nearby beaches of Playa Linda and Matapalo, with shopping and restaurants just 10 minutes away.

Practical Info & Rules

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Must meet a representative at a pre-determined location to be escorted through the gates)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late Arrival: Check-ins between 8 PM and 10 PM require approval 48 hours in advance and incur a $50 fee. No arrivals after 10 PM.
• Requirements: A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property.
• Policies: No pets allowed. A refundable deposit or a $45 non-refundable damage waiver is required. Identity verification is mandatory prior to booking.
• Additional Services: Pack n'Play or Baby Travel Bed rentals are available for $50 USD (plus VAT) with 48 hours' notice.
