The second bedroom offers a king size bed, the third features a queen size bed, and the fourth provides a single bed, with all three rooms including air conditioning and ceiling fans. An open floor plan ensures seamless flow from the well equipped kitchen to the dining area and living room, where open doors invite refreshing breezes and the soothing sounds of the jungle.

Located in the heart of Uvita, this home puts you just minutes away from the stunning Marino Ballena National Park and the famous Whale's Tail Beach. Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must meet a representative at the Osa Property Management Uvita office (located 5 minutes from the home) for check-in. Arrival must be completed by 8:00 PM; check-ins between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM require approval 48 hours in advance and incur a $50 fee. No arrivals are permitted after 10:00 PM.

Additional policies include a strict no-pets policy and a mandatory verification process via email or text prior to arrival. Guests may choose between a $500 refundable deposit (minus a $15 fee) or a $45 non-refundable damage waiver. A Pak-n'Play is available for rent at $50 USD plus VAT with 48 hours' notice.
