The primary three-bedroom home is nestled on a multi-acre property. Its main floor boasts a large and modern kitchen and living room that flows seamlessly onto a covered patio. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the calls of howler monkeys, toucans, and scarlet macaws. The first floor includes an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom featuring a queen-over-single bunk bed, ideal for children. The entire second floor is dedicated to a beautiful and spacious suite with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a private balcony offering stunning sunset Pacific Ocean views.

Complementing the main house is a two-bedroom Casita overlooking the jungle, featuring dramatic floor-to-vaulted-ceiling windows in the living and dining area and air conditioning in each bedroom.
