For additional guests or those seeking more space, the living room includes a couch that accommodates two people.

While the property is a private sanctuary with no shared spaces, it offers high-end details to ensure a comfortable stay. The Owner's Suite is a true retreat with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, while the second bedroom also features air conditioning for your comfort. Guests can enjoy a well-equipped kitchen—perfect for preparing morning coffee—and a living area complete with a SmartTV and an amazing sound system.

Located on the Pacific Ocean side of the Costanera Highway, Casita Quetzal is in a prime position for exploration. You are just a short 8-minute walk (or 2-3 minute drive) from the world-famous Ballena National Park and its iconic Whale's Tail beach formation, which offers miles of undeveloped shore. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient, with a Mexican restaurant just 75 yards away and various other restaurants, supermarkets, and shops within walking distance. Banks and additional beaches are only a short drive away.
