Smoking and/or vaping are NOT permitted under any circumstances. If smoke is detected, an odor remains or damage occurs inside or outside the home due to smoking, you will be assessed a $500 fee in addition to the replacement costs of any affected furnishings that cannot be appropriately cleaned.

People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the Property. Any other person in or on the Property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.

Parties/Events: Guest is not permitted to host any parties and/or events unless permission is granted by the Host in advance of your stay. If it is discovered that you are in violation of this term, you will be asked to leave immediately and a refund will not be provided for any portion of your stay.

No eating or drinking in or on the beds.

The unit is privately owned; the Hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

Only use appliances for their intended uses.

Parking: Parking is limited to one larger vehicle or 2 compact vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in driveway. There is no street parking available.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. If the check-out procedure is not followed and the Property requires excessive cleaning after Guest departure, additional cleaning fees may be assessed.

The use of wicked, real flame candles is strictly prohibited. Battery-powered, flameless candles are allowed, however.

The use of decorative items that are difficult to clean such as glitter and/or paint are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am; Please be respectful of the neighbors on either side of the Property.

Electronic Devices/Exterior Cameras - There is a Ring camera at the front door of the Property. At no point should the cameras be tampered with, covered or disconnected. As well, ALL electronic devices should remain plugged at all times. Tampering with, disconnecting or covering any electronic device or Ring camera without prior consent from the Host could be grounds for immediate removal from the Property without refund.

The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited. Violation of his Rental House Rule will result in immediate removal from the Property without refund.

Storms: No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather conditions.

Upon arrival to the property, Guest must report any perceived damage to the property via the reservation booking app within 4 hours and must use both photographic and written evidence when reporting.

Pets are permitted if approval from the Host is received in advance of your stay and the pet agreement is completed. There is a $150 pet fee with a 2 dog maximum. Your pet must be house-trained and well-behaved. You agree to keep the pets off the furniture and beds. You agree to collect and remove any and all pet waste and will supply your own pet waste removal baggies. Only dogs are permitted. No cats.
