Step back in time and experience the historic charm of Marblehead, Massachusetts, in this unique residence built in 1727 by wealthy loyalist Thomas Robie. Occupying the entire third floor of this grand mansion, the apartment offers a blend of colonial history and modern comfort, where you might even encounter a benign apparition during your stay.
The layout is thoughtfully designed for privacy and space. The residence features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Each bedroom is generously sized and equipped with a queen-sized bed and its own private ensuite bathroom. For added convenience, the rooms include large bureaus and closets, with one bedroom also featuring a dedicated table and chair.
At the center of the home, you will find a welcoming living room and a kitchen and dining area. While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is equipped for your stay with an array of essentials including a gas cooktop, microwave, and drip coffeemaker, along with a full set of dinnerware, glassware, and cookware. Climate control is provided via window AC units; however, due to the historic nature of the 300-year-old building, only two units can be operated at a time.
