The estate is thoughtfully configured with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The layout provides exceptional privacy: the main house features a master suite, a guest suite, a 1-bedroom apartment, and a studio apartment on the ground floor, all with separate entrances. Additionally, two separate poolside casitas each offer a queen-size bed and an en-suite bath, allowing everyone in your group to spread out and enjoy their own space.

While the main house boasts a large open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area for shared meals, the property offers flexibility with several kitchen options throughout the rooms, including small refrigerators and microwaves in the casitas. The interior extends to two covered patio areas, including a screened-in second-floor patio perfect for avoiding tropical bugs during the evening. Please note that the lounge and kitchen areas of the main house do not have AC.

The outdoor common areas are the true highlight of the estate. A large pool overlooks the sea, complemented by a tiki bar and BBQ grill on the pool deck for mixing cocktails and grilling fresh fish. For water lovers, the private dock and beach provide seamless access to the calm, protected waters of the bay. Guests can launch the provided kayaks and paddleboards to explore the coral reef just offshore or paddle their way to West End.

Located in a prime position, Casa de Admirada is just minutes from West End Village and Sandy Bay, where numerous restaurants, bars, and dive shops are available. West Bay is a short 10-minute drive away, and the Black Pearl championship golf course at Pristine Bay is approximately 25 minutes away.
