Additionally, Sandpiper Cove requires a $10 cash grounds fee per pet due upon check-in.

House Rules: To maintain a peaceful environment, this property is not available for Spring Breakers. The minimum age to book is 25. All tenants occupying the unit must be at least 25 years old, unless they are related by family, in which case only one member of the party must meet the age requirement.
