This spacious residence is uniquely configured to house two friendly or extended families, providing each group with their own private space. The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

Room-specific details highlight the thoughtful layout across three levels. The first floor offers a welcoming entry, a King bedroom suite with its own bathroom, a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a small living/dining/kitchenette area. For additional flexibility, this ground level includes a queen sofa sleeper and a washer/dryer. The main level boasts a contemporary design with a living room featuring a large flat screen TV and a contemporary fireplace, a dining room with a bench that serves as a twin sleeping area, and an ample kitchen. This level also includes a full bath, a second washer/dryer, and two balconies—one facing south toward the ski area and another facing north toward the red rock mountainside.

The top level is dedicated to the beautiful Master Bedroom Suite, complete with a flat-screen TV and a private balcony where you can sip morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the undeveloped Valley Floor. Just outside the suite is a bonus sleeping area with a queen sofa sleeper and an amazing view of the waterfall end of the valley.

Cancellation Policy: A 33% deposit is due at booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations after the first payment may forfeit the deposit unless the property is rebooked, minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the property is rebooked.
