The second guest room is equally flexible, offering both a twin with a trundle and a single twin bed. For additional lounging or sleeping space, the living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa.

Inside, the layout balances comfort and style with a tiled great room and cozy carpeted bedrooms. To ensure everyone stays entertained, TVs are located in all rooms, including a large flat screen in the living area. Step outside onto your private screened porch to enjoy the fresh Florida air before taking a short stroll to the beach walk-over.

Located within the Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort, guests have access to an array of wonderful on-site facilities. You can explore wooded paths and reflecting ponds on your way to the main pool and tennis center, or enjoy the lake with its fishing pier. Other resort highlights include a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills for an authentic vacation experience.

Practical information for your stay includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To maintain the resort environment, guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, a minimum ratio of one person aged 25 or older for every two persons under 25 is required. Additionally, per Hidden Dunes policy, anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during spring break dates with no exceptions.
