This inviting space is configured with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom featuring two twin beds, and a pullout sofa located in the large living room for additional guests.

• Recently renovated bathroom featuring a walk-in glass shower

For those venturing further, the Ocean Drive and Bellevue Avenue Preservation Society Mansions are only a 10-minute drive away.

To ensure a seamless stay, the property uses keyless keypad smart locks; guests receive their access codes via email on the day of arrival. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Regarding parking, two off-street spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternatively, paid public lots are located two blocks away on Church and Clarke Streets, or free parking is available at another Windward Lot off Broadway (please contact the host for access).

House Rules & Policies:

• Pets: Dog-friendly only with a $35 pet fee. We ask that you limit barking and avoid leaving dogs unattended for long periods to be courteous of other guests.
• Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the unit; do not dismantle smoke detectors.
• Events: No large gatherings, parties, or events are permitted.
• Quiet Hours: Building quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
