Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests are reminded that this is a private villa, not a hotel, and should treat the space with respect. Electricity is included for normal use; exceptional consumption is billed at cost after checkout. For stays over 28 nights, a refundable electricity deposit is required. A security camera is located outside in the pool area. Additional services such as airport transportation, laundry, and babysitting are available upon request for an additional fee.
