Please note that this is an apartment, not a hotel, and guests are asked to treat the space with respect. Electricity is included for normal use; however, exceptional consumption is billed at cost after checkout. For stays over 28 nights, a refundable electricity deposit is required. Additional fees may apply for final cleaning and platform charges.
