Electricity is included for normal use, but exceptional consumption is billed at cost. For stays of 7 nights or more, a refundable electricity deposit is required ($200 for 7-14 nights; $300 for 15-30 nights). Guests staying 7+ nights enjoy complimentary weekly cleaning.
