This thoughtfully designed apartment is situated on the first upper floor and spans approximately 30 square metres. The layout features one bedroom and one bathroom, perfectly configured to accommodate up to 3 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable double bed and a versatile pull-out bed, ensuring a restful night for everyone. The living space is centered around a fully equipped kitchen-living room, which includes a large table that serves as a perfect hub for working or hanging out together. For those who enjoy preparing their own meals, the kitchen is outfitted with everything needed for a relaxed cooking experience.

Located on a charming, inhabited street, the property puts you in the center of local life. You will find yourself surrounded by small cafes and unique second-hand shops. The vibrant Karl-Heine-Strasse is just a stone's throw away, providing immediate access to a variety of small pubs, restaurants, cafes, and boutiques that define the neighborhood's character.

Practical Information and House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Cleaning: The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay. Additional cleaning can be booked as an extra service for an added fee.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit will be authorized on your credit card during reservation and released within 7 days after check-out, provided no damages occur.
