First Floor:

• Primary Ensuite: 1 king bed with a walk-in shower
• Bedroom 2: 1 king bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed

Second Floor:

• Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed and 1 double bed
• Bedroom 5: 2 twin beds

• Pool and Hot Tub: Seasonal access from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day
• Restrictions: No golf carts or off-road vehicles permitted on Gowdy Shores roads, beaches, or lots
• Policies: Identity verification and a signed Guest Occupancy Agreement are required prior to check-in. No check-ins or check-outs are permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
