The master suite offers a five-star hotel experience with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring custom tile work and a jetted Jacuzzi tub. Additional sleeping quarters include a bedroom with a queen bed, a room with two twin beds, and a fourth bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (full and twin mattresses), a corduroy bean bag floor mattress, and an inflatable queen air mattress.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome, though they must be kept off furniture and owners are responsible for all cleanup; a dog bed and kennel are provided in the master walk-in closet. A strict no-party policy is in place, and the registered guest must be 25+. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Street parking is strictly prohibited to avoid towing. For safety, all trash must be placed in the street-side bear box. A cleaning fee of $375 and a refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent apply. A signed Rental Agreement and Waiver are required upon booking.
