Sleeping arrangements are designed for ultimate comfort, featuring 3 bedrooms, each with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, totaling 4 bathrooms. The home accommodates up to 6 guests. The master suite is a true sanctuary, fully wrapped in windows with electronic shades and a bathroom that creates the illusion of a floating vanity wrapped in light, complete with a freestanding soaking tub and glass-enclosed rainhead shower.

The heart of the home is a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with Jenn Air appliances and an expansive island. For relaxation, a comfortable leather sectional sofa surrounds a soaring stone fireplace and a big-screen TV. The lower level is a dedicated hub for entertainment, featuring a game room with a bar, suede chairs, foosball, darts, and multiple TVs, along with a unique bankers safe for an industrial vibe.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Greenridge experience. A fully collapsible glass wall creates a seamless transition to a sprawling deck with a soaring fireplace and comfortable seating.
