Located at the entry to the Village of Baytowne Wharf and overlooking the events plaza, Observation Point North & South offers an exceptional blend of convenience and luxury. You are just steps away from the vibrant village, providing direct access to various restaurants, shops, family fun zones, and live entertainment venues. The property also allows for easy access to the Baytowne Marina, Spa Lilliana at Hotel Effie, the Tennis Center, and Jolee Island, while the beach is just a quick tram ride away.

To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property; a $500 penalty will be assessed for smoking in the unit, though designated smoking areas are available. Pets are not allowed in this unit. Guests must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age to book a reservation. Only golf carts registered with the Owner Association are permitted on resort grounds.

At check-in, a physical card is required for incidental authorizations. A hold of $100 per day (up to $500) will be applied for any remaining fees or damages, with unused funds released after check-out. Please treat this home with care, as guests are personally responsible for any damages that occur during their visit.
