Please no smoking in our home. We have worked hard to get this home and would like to keep it as nice as it currently is. It is so hard to get the smell of smoke out of the house. There is plenty of seating under the home or on the porch for smoking.
We do require guests to be 21 to book our rentals.
There are security cameras near both entry ways to the home and under the home facing the driveway. They record 24/7 for security purposes only. - Before checkout
Our homes are very busy and we ask that our guests start a load of towels and dishes on their way out. This helps our cleaners tremendously to make sure that we can offer an on time or early checkin to our next guests.
