On the main level, you will find an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area anchored by a cozy gas fireplace. Two bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of the home for added privacy, including a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath. The terrace level is designed for entertainment, featuring a separate game room with a pool table, a 55" flat-screen TV, and a third bedroom equipped with a full-over-queen bunk bed and a walk-in closet. Every room in the house includes sliding glass doors that lead directly to the covered lake-view porch.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The large covered porch faces west, offering terrific views of the mountains and Lake Nottely sunsets. Guests can enjoy the outdoor firepit, paver patio, and hot tub, or take the stairs down to the full lakefront deck and private dock. • Fireplace Policy: Interior gas fireplace is for use only from October 1 to April 30 when outdoor temperatures are below 65°F.
• Security: Exterior cameras and a Ring doorbell are in place for safety; no cameras are located inside living spaces.
• Requirements: A secure link for ID verification and a rental agreement signature is required upon booking. Guests must select a $1,500 credit card hold or purchase damage waiver protection.
