The home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The layout features a king bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, and two additional king bedrooms downstairs, each featuring an ensuite attached bathroom. The sleeping arrangements are completed by an open loft containing a queen bed and two twin beds, which share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. Vaulted ceilings and huge floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home provide stunning views of the horse pasture, the mountains, and the Portneuff River.

While the property is described as having luxury amenities, guests can specifically enjoy the following features:
