The home comfortably sleeps 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Every bedroom is a king suite featuring a plush king bed, blackout shades, a smart TV, and playful balloon-inspired touches. The upstairs includes the Orange Sunset Master with a private deck and an ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and walk-in shower, the Yellow Sunrise Room with LED wall art, and the Green Golf Room with custom lighting. Downstairs, guests will find the Pink Balloon Room and a second Green Golf Room with charging stations. For added flexibility, two sofa beds are located in the downstairs movie and living rooms.

Designed to eliminate the crowds, Soaring Spirit offers five distinct gathering spaces. The fireplace great room boasts soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning valley views. Entertainment is plentiful with two game rooms featuring a pool table, Pac-Man and NFL Blitz arcade classics, a digital game table, and a dedicated movie room with a 72" screen. The outdoor area is a private vacation playground, complete with a private hot tub open 24/7, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs for s'mores, and an outdoor dining area for 12.

Culinary needs are easily met with two fully stocked kitchens featuring stainless steel appliances, air fryers, and coffee stations. Dining options include a main table for 8, a downstairs table for 8–10, and two sunny breakfast nooks.
