HOUSE RULES
• NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in this community. $500 fine and cancelation without refund.
• CLEANING. Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $35 per hour.
• DAMAGED ITEMS /REMOVED ITEMS. If you take something from our place, or if the damage is irremediable , please expect an extra charge according to it's cost value.
• ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request
• VISITORS to the guests should not exceed a max number of 6 people at any time.
• Only registered guests may have access to the entree code.
• Illegal drugs are not permitted on this property.
• SMOKING 1. This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 extra fee for deep cleaning and extra hours to remediate the smell for the next guest.
• SMOKING 2. There could be potentially an additional fee which we would need to collect equal the next reservation cost, that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking.
• KITCHEN: Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans, or frying pans.
• TOWELS: Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt, or any other unsanitary messes. Please use a paper towel found in the kitchen instead.
Extra linens are provided when additional overnight guests are requested.
• LAUNDRY: Remember to empty the lint trap at the front of the dryer before and after every use.
• AC: Cooling settings are 72 degrees - 80 degrees. Heating settings are 68 degrees- 79 degrees.
• NOISE: Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm to 9am.
• No PETS without prior consent and pet fee ( amount depends on breed and size, insurance).
• LOST ITEMS: We won't be held responsible for the items left behind by guests. As a courtesy, after the guest checked out and if we found anything valuable from our point of view, we will keep it for 2 days. Message us and if you need to have an item sent to you, you can send money to cover the shipping cost via Resolution Center.
• AGE: The primary guests should be at least 23 years old.
• ACCESS: The guest shall allow the Homeowner or the Host (HOUZ2STAY), or their vendors, to access the property for purposes of repair, inspection, or emergency. The homeowner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and with reasonable advance notice (unless in case of emergency).
• ISSUES: if you find something on the property which doesn't function, is not in a good condition, or has any damage; please send us a photo and description and we will fix the issue as soon as possible.
• TRAVEL INSURANCE - We recommend Vacation Rental Insurance with your reservation to cover certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your plans. Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan is designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If you wish we can refer you to such insurance. On all other occasions, we stick to our cancellation policy.
• EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Ask us on the same day of arrival, and if this is possible.
• LATE CHECKOUTS are not allowed. If you stay past your 11 am check-out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for that listing's base nightly rate without discounts, plus the cost of the next guest reservation and all costs accrued due to their cancelation caused by the inability to prepare the unit on time (hotel reimbursement costs, refunds to this guest and possibly other expenses).
