This cozy retreat is thoughtfully configured for up to 2 guests, featuring 1 bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, 1 bathroom, and a total of 1 bed. The open-concept layout is designed for effortless living, boasting a pristine bathroom and a 4K TV screen for your entertainment.

The spacious backyard is a dream for those looking to unwind, featuring an inviting plunge pool surrounded by lush greenery, swaying palm trees, and white seashells. You can spend your afternoons lounging in the sun or relaxing in the hammock under the shade of umbrellas, listening to the gentle rustle of leaves in the breeze.

To ensure a luxurious stay, guests are greeted with a complimentary chilled bottle of wine, two bath robes, embroidered beach towels, a beach bag, a beach umbrella, and two foldable chairs for your coastal adventures.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in a prime location, Casa de Sueños puts you within easy reach of Florida's most beloved attractions. You are just 8 minutes from Downtown Saint Petersburg and Vinoy Park, 21 minutes from Saint Petersburg Beach, and 27 minutes from Fort Desoto Beach. For those traveling further, Downtown Tampa is 20 minutes away, and Clearwater Beach is approximately 34 minutes from the property.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM via a keyless entry system, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests are asked to strip used bedding and towels and place them in the laundry basket, close all windows, turn off lights, and dispose of trash in the black bins outside.

House Rules:

• No smoking inside the house (ashtray provided on the outdoor patio).
• Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• No house parties or events.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per day. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed (dogs up to 100 lbs). Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets to avoid a $100 charge. Pets are strictly prohibited from the pool, and no digging or damage to the backyard is permitted.

Pool Rules: No sand, tanning oils, food, drinks, glassware, or smoking are allowed in or near the pool area. Please replace pool and umbrella covers after use. Swim at your own risk as no lifeguard is on duty.

Access Note: The guest house is located behind a private entrance; please use the back road for access and parking on the driveway with the turquoise trim.
