Practical Information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join your stay. Please note that while the home has central heat, there is no central air; however, 3 portable AC units are available upon request (owner approval required). Guests assume all risk when using the deck, backyard, and hot tub.

Check-in is after 3PM Check out is 11am SHARP (10am in winter and holidays). Empty ALL trash cans and take all trash to the city’s community trash bins. Big Bear requires this of vacation rentals, because...BEARS ;-P (every bag of garbage left at the house will be $25 per bag to dispose of - this is what our cleaners charge us) Please do all dishes and START the dishwasher. Make sure all windows are closed and doors are locked. NO Refunds due to weather unless all 3 roads to Big Bear are closed Turn the heat down to 65 Treat the Cabin as if it were your own. You break it you buy it policy.
