The property consists of two separate dwellings to ensure a flexible stay for up to 12 guests. The Main House features 3 bedrooms, including one Queen room and two bunk rooms with Twin-over-Twin beds, and 1.5 bathrooms. It boasts a spacious living room with seating for 10 plus a Queen sleeper sofa, a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings, and a fully stocked kitchen with dining capacity for 12. The Guest House provides a private sanctuary with 1 bedroom featuring a Queen bed, 1 full bath, and a living area with seating for 4 and a Queen sleeper sofa. This additional dwelling includes a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee pot, along with a small dinette for two.

Step outside to a private backyard equipped for relaxation and play, featuring a fire pit, hammocks, and an outdoor dining area. Guests have direct access to a dune trail and a quick walk to the shores of Lake Michigan. To enhance your stay, the property provides five bicycles and a baby trailer for nearby trails, as well as beach gear including towels, umbrellas, blankets, and a snorkel set. For families, the home is thoughtfully equipped with a crib, pack ’n play, stroller, high chair, baby monitor, toys, and board games.

Located just steps from the dunes and Lake Michigan, the cottage is near Van Buren Trail State Park and only 3 miles from downtown South Haven.

• Rules: Minimum rental age is 23. No pets, smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are permitted inside the dwellings. Events are not allowed. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.
