Sleeping arrangements include three spacious bedrooms with King-sized beds, a Queen bunkroom featuring 4 bunks, and a dedicated second-level 'Kids Zone' equipped with double twin bunks and an arcade machine, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests.

While general property amenities are listed below, the home is thoughtfully detailed for a seamless vacation. The fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a commercial waffle iron, blender, mixer, and a snowcone maker for summer treats. For entertainment, Smart TVs are placed in every room, including the downstairs entertaining area. To ensure a fun trip, the owners provide essential beach gear including beach wagons, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, and a large ice chest.

• Golf Cart: Included for rentals of 4+ paid nights or from December through February (signed waiver required). Shorter rentals can add a cart for $125 per day with a $200 refundable damage deposit.
• House Rules: The cargo lift is unavailable for guest use. Due to a fragile sewer system, please dispose of food waste in the trash and flush only toilet paper.
• Starter Pack: A basic supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and a small amount of K-cup coffee is provided; guests should bring additional supplies for longer stays.
