About Property

Discover the ultimate couple's getaway at 'Cape Whale', a newly renovated beachfront condo located just steps from the sand in historic Cape May, New Jersey. This bright, modern first-floor retreat is perfectly positioned in the contemporary addition behind the historic Baronet Mansion, offering the best of both worlds: all-new construction in a quieter setting off Beach Avenue, with the added charm of access to the mansion's classic rocking-chair porch.

Designed for effortless relaxation, the layout features 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 bathroom. The home is completely accessible with a first-floor entry and no stairs, making it an ideal sanctuary for two guests and their well-behaved dogs.

The open-concept living area is designed for comfort, featuring a new kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and a dishwasher, a 4-person dining table, a smart TV, and two comfy lounge chairs. The cozy bedroom serves as a private haven with its own king bed, a second smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated laptop desk for those needing a quiet spot for remote work. Both the living and sleeping areas are equipped with AC and heat, with convenient direct access to the bathroom's tub and shower combination.

Everything you need for a seamless beach experience is provided:
