The interior is designed for both connection and relaxation, boasting two living spaces with large TVs, a game room equipped with a pool table and foosball, an exercise area, and a piano. For those needing to stay productive, there is a dedicated home office with a standing/sitting desk.

Outdoor living is a focal point of the experience. Guests can enjoy a hotel-style heated gunite pool and patio area complete with an outdoor shower and chaises, a brand new hot tub, a screened floating porch, multiple decks, and an outdoor firepit. Inside, the home is anchored by a fully appointed kitchen and dining room with service for 12, and two cozy fireplaces—one wood and one gas—making this a true four-season destination.

Located in the leafy hamlet of Balmville, the property is minutes from downtown Newburgh and just over the bridge from the Beacon train station. You are perfectly positioned to explore local farms, distilleries, the Dia Beacon Museum, and Storm King Arts Park, all while remaining only about a 75-minute drive from NYC.
