Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 2:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. A cleaning service is provided from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. A refundable key and breakage deposit of R1500.00 is required prior to key handover. Key collection is managed through Umhlanga Holidays during office hours or via Lighthouse Motors (Astron Garage) for after-hours and Sunday arrivals. We kindly ask that keys be returned only to the office or the designated key box, and not to security or cleaning staff.
